Firstly, i should say that i am newbie in this forum and also i think i am lucky for finding this web page which includes many precious information and helper.

Now, i need an urgent help about international exams. I have not yet decided which exams (TOEFL or IELTS) i should take. I must pass one of them to attend master programme in METU. Unfortunaletly, I havent passed the METU exams. And my speaking unfortunaletly is not fluent.

Please could you help me that which exams are appropraite for me and why. What are the advantages and disadvantages between them.

There isnt aint such as advantage or disadvantages it all you preferring the university & respond accordingly.

Toefl preferred by US university & Ielts is preferred by NZ/UK university.

Actually, my aim is simple, i just want to pass one of them. Because it is enough being passed one of them to attend the programme. I have heard that TOEFL exams is more diffucult and complex than before. Since i dont know exactly which one i should select, i need to advice people who have a experiences about these exams.

the things which has in commin is english, to be very specific is Grammar, IE those which are used in everyday life.
I would rather suggest you look into your university requirement IE eligibility things & then make a decision.

My question about (TOEFL or IELTS),how much times usually reqired for prepration of (TOFEL AND IELTS )Exams?I mean which one lengthy?Whoes (TOEFL or IELTS) test/exam pattern easy?

it doesn't really matter the time. it depends on your language skilss if you speak understand and write well then you don't need to prepare all you gotta do is just get a date and take either TOEFL or IELTS so.
