The Holy Qur'an was not authored by Muhammad. It was authored by God, revealed to Muhammad, and written into physical form by his companions

38-Sad

1. Sad. CONSIDER this Quran, endowed with all
that one ought to remember!

1. Sâd. DÜŞÜN öğüt ve uyarılarla dolu olan bu
Kur'an'ı!

29. [All this have We expounded in this] blessed
divine writ which We have revealed unto thee,
[O Muhammad,] so that men may ponder over its
messages, and that those who are endowed with
insight may take them to heart.

29. [Ey Muhammed!] Sana indirdiğimiz bu kutsal
ilahî kelâm[da her şeyi açıkladık ki] insanlar
onun mesajı üzerinde iyice düşünsünler ve
akıl-izân sahipleri ondan ders alsınlar.

87. This [divine writ], behold, is no less than
a reminder to all the worlds

87. Bu [ilahî kelâm], bütün âlemler için ancak
bir öğüt ve uyarıdır.

88. and you will most certainly grasp its
purport after a lapse of time!

88. Ve onun anlamını bir süre sonra mutlaka
kavrayacaksınız!"

36-Yasin

2. Consider this Quran full of wisdom:

2. Düşün bu hikmetle dolu Kur'an'ı:

69. AND [thus it is:] We have not imparted to
this [Prophet the gift of] poetry, nor would
[poetry] have suited this [message]: it is but a
reminder and a [divine] discourse, clear in
itself and clearly showing the truth,

69. VE [işte böyle:] Biz bu [Peygamber'e] şiir
[yeteneği] bahşetmedik, zaten [şiir] bu [mesaj]a
uygun düşmezdi: o yalnızca bir uyarı ve öğüttür;
ve o özünde apaçık olan ve gerçeği dosdoğru
gösteren bir [ilahî] hitabedir,

70. to the end that it may warn everyone who is
alive [of heart], and that the word [of God] may
bear witness* against all who deny the truth.

70. ki [kalben] diri olanları uyarabilsin ve
[Allah'ın] sözü hakikati inkara şartlanmış
olanlara karşı tanıklık yapabilsin diye.
