RE: OKUMA ODASI- Beginner
Working about speaking in the “present simple”
Barbara speaks about herself in the first person:
“I’m Barbara Stern. I’m a translator. I speak English and Chinese. I work in an office at the United Nations. I translate letters. I read letters in Chinese. I write letters in English. I practice Chinese in the office, and I read Chinese newspapers at home. I speak English to Dennis.”
Dennis speaks about Barbara in the third person:
“She is Barbara Stern. She’s a translator. She speaks English and Chinese. She works in an office at the United Nations. She translates letters. She reads letters in Chinese. She writes letters in English. She practices Chinese in the office, she reads Chinese newspapers at home. She speaks English to me.”
Dennis speaks about himself in the first person:
“I’m Dennis Taylor. I work at the United Nations. I’m a guide. I guide visitors. I speak English and Spanish. I read Spanish novels. I understand them. I write letters in English.”
Your turn now, continue in the same way, tell about Dennis Taylor!
(Şimdi sıra sizde; siz de Dennis Taylor hakkında yukarıdaki örnekte olduğu gibi bir paragraf yazın)
