Öyle ki artık sadece fiziksel çevrenin ergonomisinden değil, doğrudan insanın zihnine seslenen bilgisayar yazılımları, Internet, web dizaynı vs. gibi öğelerin de insana uyumundan (Zihinsel algılama, kolay kontrol edebilme ve yönlendirebilme açısından) bahsedebilinir.

Increasing relationship between machine and human in today’s industrial age necessitates the efforts of creating physical environment units such as circumstance, furniture, machine, office etc. harmonious with human. Such that, not only ergonomy of physical environment is in question but elements such as computer software, internet, web designs etc. addressing directly to the human mind are in question for harmony with human (in terms of mental perception, easy controlling and directing).

Spam hakkında bazı ülkelerde yasalar mevcuttur ve bunlar spam'e karşıdır. Bunlar arasında spam'i hırsızlık ve haksız rekabet olarak değerlendirenler bulunmaktadır. But spammer organizations or individuals usually act faster than laws and they detect a weak point. Notwithstanding, there is not any law stating spam as illegal in many countries. Unfortunately, Turkey is within countries which have no law about spam. In some cases, names of some internet service providers exist within spam mails but they do not react. If you have any complaint about an internet service provider in Turkey, please use a signed fax message instead of e-mail.

Tehlike sınıf ve derecelerini etkileyebilecek değişiklikler

MADDE 84- İşverenler ile 4 üncü maddenin birinci fıkrasının (b) bendine göre sigortalı sayılanlar, tehlike sınıf ve derecesini etkileyebilecek her türlü değişikliği bir ay içinde Kuruma bildirmekle yükümlüdür. Bu bildirim üzerine Kurum, yaptıracağı incelemeler sonunda tehlike sınıf ve derecesini değiştirebilir. Tehlike sınıf ve derecesini etkileyebilecek değişiklik bir ay içinde bildirilirse bu konuda Kurumca verilecek karar, değişikliğin meydana geldiği tarihten sonraki ay başından başlanarak uygulanır.

a) Tehlike sınıfı yükseliyorsa, değişikliğin meydana geldiği,

b) Tehlike sınıfı düşüyorsa, değişikliğin Kurumca öğrenildiği,

tarihler esas alınmak ve bu tarihlerden sonraki ay başından itibaren uygulanmak üzere, Kurumca karar alınır ve ilgililere tebliğ olunur.

Changes that may affect danger classes and levels

ARTICLE 84- Employers and those deemed insurant as to item (b) of first clause of article 4 are responsible to declare all kind of changes that may affect danger classes and levels to the Association in one month. On this declaration, the Association may change the danger class and level as a result of investigation to be done. If the change that may affect danger classes and levels are declared in one month, the decision of the Association is applied beginning from the month following the change occurred.

If the change that may affect danger classes and levels are not declared in one month;

a) In case of rising of danger class, by basing on the dates change occurred,

b) In case of decreasing of danger class, by basing on the date the change is learned by the Association,

The Association takes a decision and declares to relevant individuals on condition of applying as from the beginning of the month following these dates.

Preterm sezaryen ile doğum öncesinde Grup 1'e tek doz, 0.5 mg/kg, intramuskuler salin solüs­yonu; Grup 2'ye tek doz, 0.5 mg/kg, intramuskuler betametazon (Celestone Chronodose ampul Sche­ring-Plough Corporation lisansı ile Eczacıbaşl İlaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., istanbul); Grup 3'e üç doz 0.5mg/kg intramuskuler betametazon uygulandı. Tek doz uygulanan grupta gebeliğin 16. gününde, tekrarlanan doz uy­gulanan gruplarda gebeliğin 16, 17 ve 18. günlerin­de ilaç uygulamaları yapıldı. Prematür gruplarda 19. gün, matür gruplarda 21. gün ameliyatlar yapıldı. Gebelik günlerinin tespitinde vaginal plak olu­şumu gebeliğin birinci günü olarak belirlendi ve sonraki günler sayılarak her bir rat için gebelik günleri tespit edildi. Her ratın canlı yavru sayıları ve doğum ağırlıkları belirlendi. Anestezi olarak 50 mg/kg ketamin-hidroklorid ve 5 mg/kg xylazine uygulandıktan sonra incelenecek dokular uygun koşullarda çıkarıldı. Formalin içinde fikse edilerek histopatolojik incelemeye alındı. İncelemeyi yapa­cak histoloji uzmanının hangi dokunun hangi gruptan olduğunu bilmemesi sağlandı.

Single dose of intramuscular saline solution was applied to Group 4; single dose of intramuscular and 0.5 mg/kg betamethasone were applied to Group 5; three doses of intramuscular and 0.5 mg/kg betamethasone were applied to Group 6. Drug applications were done on the 16th gestational day for group being applied single dose and on 16th, 17th and 18th gestational days for groups being applied repeated doses. The operation was done in 19th gestational day for premature groups and in 21st gestational day for mature groups. Vaginal plate formation was deemed as the first day of gestation for determination of gestation days and gestational days were found by counting next days for each rat. Alive young rats of each rat and their birth weight were determined. Tissues to be examined were removed in appropriate conditions after applying 50 mg/kg ketamine – hydrochloride and 5 mg/kg xylazine as anesthesia. They were fixed within formalin and taken into histopathologic examination. Histology expert was provided not to know which tissue was from which group.

2. PHYSICAL TREAMENTS

A number of studies have been devoted to the simple treatment of lignocellulosic fibres with a solvent (mostly Soxhlet extractions) and to the characterisation of the resulting surfaces [7–13]. The substrates included stone ground-wood pulp, commercial newsprint paper, birch and white pine wood meal, Norway spruce chemical-thermomechanical pulps, fully bleached Eucalyptus kraft pulps, recycled and α-hardwood cellulose fibres extracted with acetone, ethanol/toluene mixtures, diethyl ether and cold and hot water. The comparison of the XPS spectra and IGC data related to pristine and treated fibres showed that at least part of the aliphatic and aromatic impurities (extractives and lignin fragments) originally present on their surface were removed by these simple solvent extractions. The surface concentration of these impurities, deduced from the intensity of the peak at 285 eV in the XPS spectra, was relatively high, namely, 36, 43, 27% for stone ground-wood pulp, commercial newsprint paper and α-hardwood cellulose fibres, respectively. Acetone and diethyl ether proved to be the best solvents for the removal of these impurities with practically 50% of decontamination extracted. Thus, decreases from 36 to 22%, 43 to 23% and 27 to 15% were observed, respectively, with the three substrates mentioned above. The presence of unextracted residues was attributed to two possibilities: (i) the extractives could have been sterically bound into the wood/cellulose/lignin matrix making their percolation to the surface particularly slow; and/or (ii) they were chemically bound substances through well-documented lignin-carbohydrates links. The surface energy of α-hardwood cellulose fibres, determined by IGC, increased from 32 to 47 mJ/m2 as a result of the removal of an appreciable amount of small molecules with low surface energy. The acid-base characteristics of the treated fibres were also enhanced by these solvent extractions.

XPS spektrası ve saf ve işlenmiş fiberlerle ilgili IGC verisi arasındaki mukayese göstermektedir ki, orijinal olarak yüzeylerinde bulunan alifatik ve aromatik katkıların (çıkarıcılar ve lignin parçaları) en az kısmı, bu basit çözücü özütleme ile çıkarılmıştır. XPS spektrasındaki 285eV’de tepe yoğunluğundan ortaya çıkarılmış olan bu katkıların yüzey konsantrasyonu, taş zemin-ağaç hamuru, ticari gazete kağıdı ve α-sert kereste sellüloz fiberleri için sırasıyla, %36, 43, 27 olarak oldukça yüksekti. Aseton ve dietil eterin, hemen hemen %50 temizleme elde edilerek, bu katkıların çıkartılması için en iyi çözücü oldukları kanıtlanmıştır. Bu nedenle, yukarıda bahsedilen üç substratla, sırasıyla %36’dan %22’ye, %43’ten %23’e ve %27’den %15’e düşüşler gözlemlenmiştir. Özütlenmemiş kalıntıların varlığı, iki olasılığa yorulmuştur: (i) Çıkarıcılar, yüzey süzülmelerini özellikle yavaşlatarak ağaç/sellüloz/lignin matrisine sterik olarak bağlanmış olabilirler ve/veya (ii) iyi belgelenmiş lignin-karbonhidrat bağlar aracılığıyla kimyasal olarak özlere bağlanmışlardır. α-sert kereste sellüloz fiberlerinin IGC tarafından belirlenmiş yüzey enerjisi, düşük yüzey enerjili küçük molelüllerin fark edilebilir bir miktarının çıkarılmasının bir sonucu olarak, 32 mJ/m2’den 47 mJ/m2’ye yükselmiştir. İşlenmiş fiberlerin asit temelli özellikleri de ayrıca, bu çözücü özütlemelerle arttırılmıştır.

AYASOFYA MÜZESİ:

Mimarîsi, ihtişamı, büyüklüğü ve işlevselliği yönünden ünik bir uygulama olarak görülen Ayasofya; dünya mimarlık tarihinin günümüzde ayakta olan en büyük ve önemli eski anıtlarının başında gelmektedir. 916 yıl kili­se, 481 yıl cami olarak kullanılan, 1935'ten bu yana da müze olan Ayasof­ya, ilk olarak Bizans İmparatoru I. Konstantinos (324-337) zamanında yapılmıştır. Bazilika plânlı, ahşap çatılı bu yapının bir ayaklanmada yan­ması üzerine İmparator II. Theodosius Ayasofya'yı ikinci defa yaptırmış ve 415'te ibadete açmıştır. Yine bazilika plânlı bu yapı 532'de Nika ihtilâli sırasında yanmıştır. 1936 yılında yapılan kazılarda bununla ilgili bazı ka­lıntılar ortaya çıkmıştır. Bunlar tapınağa giriş gösteren basamaklar, sütun­lar, başlıklar, çeşitli mimarî parçalardır.

Hagia Sophia used as a church for 916 years and as a mosque for 481 and also a museum since 1935 was first built in times of Byzantium Emperor Constantine I (324-337). When this basilica planned structure with wooden roof burned, Emperor Theodosius II rebuilt Hagia Sophia and opened for pray in 415. This basilica planned structure again burned in Nika riot in 532. Some remnants about this were found in excavations done in 1936. These are steps, columns, corbels and various architectural parts.
