Hi, thanks for ur prompt reply. Well the main reason for improving my English is future career in Australia.I'd like to get a suitable job out there, I really hope to....Here in my homeland i have no doubts in myself( almoust no doubts.I've been working for a well known global company for more than 4 year now, have a very positive references from former and current employers, but still there's something that makes me feel insecure of the further job perspectives. It seems that i won't get a right job out there, and even if i'm invited for the interview i fail the interview, cause don't speak English good enough.And here in this forum i'm trying to figure out whether my English is good enough for Australia or i have to work really hard on it.

Don't be afraid of failing the interview, it's not the end and won't be...Just talk and talk and talk...They'll understand your situation and decide accordingly!
