the file is about 293 byte (not KB or MB) , i think there must be an error - is it possible to upload the .doc file again, Mr Admin ?

kusura bakmayın ingilizcem çok fazla değil.bu nedenle türkçe yazıyorum.dosyayı indirdim word belgesi olarak indi ama belgede garip harfler var
ne yapmam gerekiyor
