It comes a moment in life when all of us must deal with different problems which need a solution from us. These problems might appear in our daily life, for example we have to take a very important decision regarding our career, our professional life or our familiy, but they can also take the shape of a project which we need to finish due to a deadline and present it later to our boss. Maybe we are part of a conflict at our work place and we should do something in order to improve the relationship amoung the colleagues. In all these situations we must find several solutions for the problems we are dealing with.
I had worked under the operational department of a bank for 3 years, period in which I had dealed with a lot of kinds of problems that needed to be solved as quikly as possible.
One of them was for example a project that I had to do until a deadline and then present it to the operational manager who would have checked the job that I did.
There were many things to do, for example data to be processed and analized in order to do the project, but the time that I had for doing all of these was everytime extremely short.
Because of this, I needed to get well organized and create a plan for the work that I had to do.I was working very hard, but since I had had a very good plan, I could always finish what I proposed myself to do, without running into out of time. Althought I had still had a lot of things to do before the deadline was coming I kept on being calm and self-confident. There was also my ambition that had never left me, it was like an angel who told me not to give up, to keep on working because the results would come soon.
This was an example, an event which I had experienced in my life, an event which taught me several important things. When dealing with problems that need a solution from us, we should get well organized while being calm, self confident and ambitious.
