Hello everybody,

We have to write a Strategic management planning for a company, and now we must present this. I will present the begin of this project.
I have writen the presentation text but I don`t really know if this is enough correct. Can someone chech this please?!

Presentation text

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the presentation about C____. My name is ___. These are my colleagues ____, and ____. We are going to present to you the strategic management planning for the company C___.

These are the points that we are going to discuss you:

 The purpose of Project Management Planning
 The research question
 Intern analyse
 Extern analyse
 SWOT-analyse
 Options and implementations
 Answer on the question
 Questions?

C___ is a live and construction company. C___ started in 1921, as a timber trade, later on the company added kitchens to their offer and for about 2 years now, bathrooms are also part of the assortment of C___.

C____ has a broad assortment which makes it possible to provide their products to many of their assignees and have much private individuals as a customer. The customers come from different regions: such as Amsterdam and Amstelveen. C__ are especially active in a high segment of the market. C__ sells especially more expensive kitchens, therefore the company provides more quality than most of their competitors do.

The purpose of this Strategic management planning is to give policy options to C__. These options make it possible for C__ to improve their organisation.".

The problem proposition for C___ sound as follows:

The changing wishes in kitchen - and construction branches. The needs of the customer, construction companies and individuals always change. This is a problem on which C___ must anticipate.
C__ must discern of the competition in the market. Because there are a lot of companies in this branche. Also there comes many competitors on the market every time.
Suppliers always come with new products on the market. C__ must anticipate on this.

At the end of this presentation we will answer the next head question: On which manner can C__ optimally anticipate on the changed wishes in the kitchen - living, - and construction sector and developments in this branches.
How C__ can discern the best of the competition.

Ok lemme be straight thr r quite few mistakes whch can b ignored apart from the following,
They are my colleagues.

Is this presentation addressed to a new client? If so then push discussion pts after brief intro @ company, no client wll be lame to plunge in action hving no knowledge with whm thy r getting associated none the less just keep it brief usually people get annoyed.

I hope ur not in real chanting your companies name often in comparisons to ye text.

* if you can mke it possible wth some presentation it wll be interactive.

No, this presentation addressed to my classmates, teachers and representative of the chosen company. I`m just student at a high school of Amsterdam. We have must analyse a non-fictive company for 4 mounths. End of this research we will present this management project. About 1 week we have do that. We are hoping we will do that very well.
